2024 MWA Project Meeting in Switzerland

This year’s MWA project meeting was held in Lausanne, Switzerland, from August 28th to 30th, hosted by the Swiss consortium through SCITAS-EPFL. The event brought together researchers, engineers, and experts from around the world, united in advancing radio astronomy and the MWA’s scientific objectives.

The three-day meeting featured a range of presentations, discussions, and collaborative sessions on the latest scientific results, technological advancements, and future plans for the MWA. Attendees, both in-person and online, actively participated, fostering a productive environment for exchanging ideas and expertise.

This gathering highlighted the progress made since the last meeting and set the stage for future collaborations. The inclusion of the Swiss consortium underscored the growing international nature of the project. Overall, the 2024 MWA project meeting was a great success, thanks to the dedication and engagement of all participants, laying the groundwork for continued innovation in radio astronomy.
